About Kate - Founder of She Connects

Kate had always been passionate about creativity and entrepreneurship. Ever since she was young, she had a knack for coming up with new ideas and bringing them to life. As she got older, Kate realized that she wanted to make a career out of her passions. She enrolled in college to study business and design, hoping to learn the skills she needed to start her own business someday.

However, when Kate got to college, she quickly realized that starting a business was easier said than done. She struggled to find a community of like-minded individuals who shared her passion for creativity and entrepreneurship. She felt alone and isolated, and it was difficult to stay motivated and inspired without a support system.

That's when Kate had an idea. She decided to start hosting events for creatives to meet and collaborate. She knew how important it was to have a fun and inspiring group of people around her, and she wanted to create that same sense of community for others. Kate spent countless hours planning and designing events that felt fun and uplifting, with the goal of bringing together young creatives who were looking to make their mark on the world.

As she started to build a following, Kate realized that she had found her true calling. She loved event planning and design, and she enjoyed being a mentor and leader for other young female entrepreneurs. She decided to focus her business on uplifting and empowering young women in NYC, providing them with the tools and resources they needed to start their own businesses and succeed in the creative industry.

Now, Katelyn spends her time event planning, designing, and being a creative mentor for those who want to start out their businesses. She has built a community of creatives who support and uplift each other, and she is proud to be a part of something so meaningful. Kate's events have become a staple in the NYC creative scene, and she continues to inspire and empower young women to pursue their dreams and make their mark on the world.
